These terms govern your use of L2S AI Designs services, operated by Mosh Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
The Service
L2S AI Designs produces done-for-you AI talking head video content. Upon purchase you agree to submit a selfie and voice recordings for use in producing your AI clone and video deliverables. All content is produced using your own likeness and voice with your full consent.
Delivery
Your 7 business day delivery window begins upon receipt of your completed onboarding form and all required assets. Delays caused by incomplete or late asset submission are not the responsibility of L2S AI Designs.
Revisions
One round of script revisions is included per order. Additional revision rounds may incur additional charges. Video regeneration requests outside of quality issues are charged at the standard rate.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are not offered once production has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your files and we will work to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the rights to all video files produced using your likeness. L2S AI Designs retains the right to use anonymised workflow examples for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use deliverables for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes. You confirm that you have the legal right to use the likeness and voice submitted for cloning.

We collect personal information you provide directly including your name, email address, business name, selfie photograph, and voice recordings submitted via our onboarding form. We also collect payment information processed securely through Whop.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the service you have purchased — to build your AI clone, write your scripts, produce your videos, and communicate with you throughout the delivery process. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except where required to deliver the service.
Biometric Data
Your selfie and voice recordings are used exclusively to produce your AI clone for the purpose of the service you have purchased. These assets are stored securely and are not shared with any third party. You may request deletion of your biometric data at any time by contacting us.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information and order details for up to 2 years for business record purposes. Your selfie and voice recordings are retained for the duration of your client relationship to facilitate repeat orders. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
